The Dye-Sublimation Process
Dye-sublimation is a printing technique that uses heat to transfer dye onto synthetic materials, such as polyester fabrics.
It involves a four-step process: design creation, printing, heat transfer, and final product assembly.
Design Creation
The first step in the dye-sublimation process is creating the design that will be transferred onto the fabric.
You can provide us with your existing artwork, logo, or design concept, or collaborate with our skilled design team to develop a custom design tailored to your needs. The design is typically created using specialised graphic design software.
Printing
Once the design is finalised, it is printed onto a special sublimation paper using dye-based inks.

Heat Transfer

We’ll check to ensure the design looks great on your chosen garment order, plus you’ll be sent an official artwork proof for review and feedback. Once everything is to your satisfaction, simply sign off in writing and return the approval to us before any branding takes place.
When requesting a quote from us, simply let us know the destination of your customised clothing order, and we’ll include the freight cost in the price. We work with a number of different couriers, and our freight broker will ensure you receive the best possible rate.
